  1. Hexentrix3D provides 3D print services at very nominal rates with quality 3D printing.
  2. We do not provide design services. Only 3D printing services are provided.
  3. The customer is required to provide the design in STL, 3MF or STEP file formats only.
  4. Maximum size of the component that can be printed is 200mm x 200mm x 200mm (Length, Width, Height respectively).
  5. Only two types of filament materials are available for 3D printing a job. First is PLA (Polylactic Acid) and the second is PETG or PET-G (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol). These materials are procured from the supplier for 3D printing and Hexentrix3D does not have any control over the quality of the material although it is our endeavour to procure the best material for our customers.
  6. Colour of the filament to be used for printing is subject to availability. You will be informed if the colour of your choice is not in stock and will be offered an alternate option.

  7. Fixed cost of printing per piece of PLA is Rs.7.00/- (Rupees Seven only) per gram and for PETG is Rs.9.00/- (Rupees Nine only) per gram irrespective of the size given within the size limits stated in point 4 above.
  8. Some artefacts (unintended visual anomalies or imperfections that appear in the prints) may be present in the finished parts as these are beyond our control while printing such parts.
  9. An invoice with a payment link will be shared with you with via email and the full amount has to be paid in advance before the print job begins.

  10. FDM (fused deposition modelling) is an additive process and hence has not much control over the tight tolerances. Therefore, there may be some deviation in mating parts. Customer is advised to keep tolerances accordingly.
  11. Customer is required to name or number the part clearly to identify the design file and its contents.
  12. Any amendments done to the design after handing over the design file to the printer, will be considered as a new part and should be paid additionally and separately.
